Proposed changes[edit]

1. ChargePro 620 is a previous product name for the Series 6. It's the same product and we still have the trademark, but we started to drop the ChargePro name in 2015. We were using the Series 6 name by 2016. Some old charging stations say ChargePro on the unit, but the name we now use is Series 6.

2. In December 2017, Electrify America chose SemaConnect, Greenlots, and EV Connect as its Level 2 vendors for its nationwide EV network program. The EA program is part of the [emissions settlement], where Volkswagen is required to invest $2 billion in EV infrastructure and run brand-neutral advertising campaigns. Please see https://electrek.co/2017/12/19/vw-electrify-america-charging-stations-workplaces-appartments/ , https://www.prweb.com/releases/2017/12/prweb15023762.htm and https://www.reuters.com/article/us-volkswagen-usa-electric/volkswagen-to-install-2800-u-s-electric-vehicle-charging-stations-idUSKBN1EC1RL for citations on our inclusion in the program.

3. In March 2018, the US District Court in Baltimore dismissed a patent lawsuit brought against SemaConnect by ChargePoint. The judge said that the lawsuit was retaliation for ChargePoint not being chosen for the Electrify America contract, and ChargePoint is appealing.

4. Concerning partnerships, we became Ambassador Partners with BOMA International in June 2018. As an organizational member of USGBC, we also offer educational webinars that may be available for USGBC continuing education credit.
