This was linked from a page; I saw it was also on Wikipedia:Requested articles/Business and Economics/Businesses and Organizations. This is the second time I've looked for neutral info on QOOP... a good sign it needs an article.

When QOOP was just getting started, I remember they donated printed copies of the Frankfurt wikireader to Wikimania. They seem to have changed quite a bit since then, perhaps away from POD? A historical look at the site and services would be useful. +sj + 18:58, 19 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
