Notability is weakly asserted here. Secondary sources cited here are This Is Money (see WP:DAILYMAIL) and the Evening Standard, a tabloid freesheet. One of the ES sources is reasonable coverage of him, the other just mentions him in passing. We need to find WP:SIGCOV from secondary WP:RS to show notability.
