This is a list of banks and financial institutions in Nepal licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank and their branches/ extension counters.[1]

Class A: Commercial banks[edit]

Commercial banks are classified as Class "A" banks by the Nepal Rastra Bank. There are 20 commercial banks as of Mid Jan 2024.
